Vote for the MOST MANNERLY CITY in America!

Marjabelle Young Stewart was a nationally-known etiquette expert who passed away in 2007. One of her acclaimed accomplishments was the annual search to find the " Most Mannerly City in America," a poll which she took for thirty years. In honor of his wife, Mr. William Stewart has given his blessing to the Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette to continue the quest to find the " Most Mannerly City in America".

"It fits...it seems proper for the Most Mannerly City for all these years, to take it over...we are happy that Cindy Grosso, owner of Charleston School of Protocol, has picked it up, paying honor to my wife, Marjabelle."

The Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette, in honor of and dedication to Ms. Marajabelle Young Stewart, is pleased to announce that it is picking up the tradition of rating the most mannerly city in America.

Charleston, South Carolina has been ranked within the top ten cities every year, since the ratings began and for the past eleven years running, Charleston has been rated the number one Most Mannerly City in America by Ms. Stewart!
